This is massively disappointing, especially when combined with the kind planeswalker. I was hoping for a better lands matter theme than what we got.
I expect that the third commander will be a creature that cares about lands and that this spider is filling the non-themed commander slot (as Brudiclad does for the artifact deck).
It is a very boring design, though.
Uuuuunfortunately, no. Honestly these commander decks all together are very underwhelming to me.
I’ve yet to really see anything that’s really blown me away. Some neat tech, here and there, I’m glad Lieutenant is back, but the commanders themselves haven’t really captured my imagination in any big way.
